Hi there, @AmyllHill. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
I've seen you tried reaching out to our Support Team after posting here, but your chat got disconnected. If you continue having connectivity issues, feel free to give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Nevertheless, keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
To see when was the last time your watch synced or to check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
We hope your issue is solved soon.
