For some reason my active minutes are not registering. I have followed all the guides online and still nothing. Anyone else having this problem

Hello, all 12 of us in our active minutes challenge are having the same issue. No updated stats for almost 24 hours. I’ve done all troubleshooting myself.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you and your friends are having the same issue in the active minutes challenge. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I would like to confirm if your device doesn't track active minutes at all, or it tracks them but they are not counting towards the challenge or the active minutes disappear? Please also let me know the type of your activities and confirm that your watch is syncing, I will be glad to investigate.
