Active minutes registered while not in use

With my versa, I woke up this morning to 178 active minutes completed between 12am and 7am. As this was obviously not correct, I went through and checked my heart rate during those times to find it was in the 60-75 range throughout the night. I have had overestimates with my versa and the heart rate before, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such an error with active minutes. Any input would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Eekazab. Sorry for the delayed response.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa registered heart rate and active minutes while not in use. This is definitely not an expected behavior. I would recommend switching the heart rate sensor to off and sync. Then turn it back on and sync. You can find this feature on your watch Settings > Heart rate.

After following these steps, please perform a restart to your watch and give it another try.
