I just Updated Versa and my active minutes do not show in application. However, if i access Fitbit through the webpage I can see them but not in the e app. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it continues not reflecting my active minutes!

Hi @lissgall

Welcome to the forum. As part of the update active minutes have been changes to Active Zone Minutes (AZMs). Zone minutes use a different calculation, thus wouldn't transfer straight across after the update. The active minutes you are used to calculated your zones just based on your age.  AZM zone calculations are based on your age and resting heart rate.  These zones reflect an updated understanding of exercise and the heart.

I hope that helps.
