Active zone minutes

Versa 2 has active minutes recorded and displayed but won’t record or display ACTIVE ZONE MINUTES !!!

my Fitbit charge 4 (which I loved! ) died a week ago and I thought I’d try the Versa 2.

(The display on the charge 4 sucked outside!)  the charge 4 was a champ at active zone minutes. 
I don’t even have an option of adding it to my dashboard! I have tried restarting it.

HELP!

Versa 2 should have  Active Zone Minutes.

From What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? 

If you just activated, or switched back to an old, Versa 2, you probably have to wait a few days to get a firmware update for it to switch for Zone Minutes, as I believe Versa 2 originally was Active minutes.

I got this less than a week ago. Brand new. Very frustrating because my
charge 4!did such a great job! 😐😐😐
