Activity minutes zero out upon synch

For the past few weeks, my activity minutes zero out when syncing with Fitbit app.  May or may not be related - heart rate on Versa is no longer being picked up.

Definitely has to do with heart rate. Switched back to my charge2. Heart rate is tracking and activity minutes being captured. So now need to figure out the heart rate issue😏
