Why even advertise this feature here in PH if it’s not enabled? I have seen posts from official fitbit facebook page revolving around alexa feature. Is your goal to mislead people? Make them purchase the newer higher end gadgets of Fitbit only to find out “it’s not available in your region”?

Exactly! And their after sales support is very poor. Unfortunately, when my versa 3 malfunctioned, i found out that there are no service centers here in the Philippines. What Fitbit offered me is a discount on my next purchase, no repairs. So it's like a disposable watch. It started to have problems about 1 year and few months after purchase so it is not covered by warranty.

Lesson learned, check first product support before purchasing smart watches to prevent wasting money like when I purchased my Fitbit versa 3.
