Add Sleep tile to Watch settings

I have the Fitbit Versa (version 1). I am trying to add the sleep tile to the watch itself. I can see it on my mobile ap, but not the watch. I have tried the following:

 

On the Watch:

I drag up, click "Today" -> got to settings ->  and the only 3 options I have are: Activity, Hourly Steps, Heart Rate.

 

On my phone App:
The tile is present on the today tab. BUT if I click discover, scroll down to health and fitness, the "Sleep" tile has a green tick and says "added"

I feel there is a step that I am missing but I can't figure out what. Does anyone have any insight?

Solved (I tried to delete the above post but can't). I had to delete the Fitbit App from my phone and then re-install it.
