Hi
I got a versa lite yesterday and it was going fine until it synced to my phone earlier causing me to lose over 4000 steps (I have a pedometer on my phone also) is there any way to retrieve them or to add them in I added the walk to my exercises but it doesn't count steps on there. I don't want to be losing steps constantly as it was the whole reason for getting the fitbit to begin with.
Thanks in advance 😃

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bigd2808. I am sorry for the delayed response.
Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa Lite! I am sorry to hear you lost over 4000 steps after syncing your watch. Thank you for the information that you also have a MobileTrack paired to your Fitbit account. I recommend checking this help article with the information about using more than one Fitbit device with the same account.
I appreciate your efforts to add the lost steps, you can confirm the instructions from this help article to log the "Walk" exercise manually so the steps can be added to your daily step count: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
