I don’t understand why these versa cost more than any ordinary watch if they don’t do what they are supposed to. Once I do get mine to sync to my iPhone it won’t stay connected for more than a day usually a couple hours at the most.
Mine hasn’t consistently synced in over two months. Sometimes goes days without syncing. This has been a known problem for a year and half and I’m shocked that Fitbit doesn’t seem to care. The numerous “fixes” on the forum don’t work and it’s kind of ridiculous to expect me to tinker for 30+ minutes every day to try and get their product to work properly. At what point are their actions (or inaction) simply negligence at best or fraud at worst? Fix your product PLEASE!
