I went on my fitbit app on my phone and added an app but its not on my fitbit versa? im new to this watch any help would be much appreciated . Thank you

Be sure your bluetooth and wifi are on and your Versa is synced after you add the App.  Also, sometimes Apps have settings that need to be set.

Im having the same problem, I cant seem to download apps or take any off. On my fitbit app I've tried to download apps and a nice moves back and forth but it doesnt ever download and eventually I get a message that says it wouldnt download. I cant even stop it from trying to download. I have everything on, wifi, bluetooth and location. Its been days of the same thing.
