Adding devices to Fitbit mobile device

Why can’t the Fitbit mobile app be configured so that we can add more than one versa device?  When charging a versa or wanting to wear one that’s another style/color (if you have more than one versa or versa2) you could still keep track of steps, etc. I would think Fitbit would be happy for customers to have more than one of the same device!

You can have more than one device. But they can not be the same model They have to be different models. Sorry.

you currently can’t add a Fitbit versa and a Fitbit versa 2 to the same Fitbit mobile app— that’s what I am referring to

@Tbl13   The only explanation that Fitbit gives is that you can only have one device that has the Fitbit App Gallery at a time.  Devices that have the App Gallery are the Ionic, Versa series, Charge 3 and Inspire series.  See here .

yes thanks. Saw this as well in the Fitbit info. My suggestion is that Fitbit SHOULD configure the mobile app so that you are able to have more than one device with the Fitbit app gallery on your mobile app. I would think that this would be financially advantageous to Fitbit because this would mean the customer is buying more than one of the devices! For example, I have a versa 2 and also a versa as a backup for the versa 2. Versa is different color than versa 2 and I wear each depending on the occasion. It’s frustrating that I can’t load both the versa2 and versa on my mobile app at the same time and have both devices listed so I can easily switch from one to the other
