Adjust screen brightness

Can you adjust brightness on watch face (Versa)?

From clock face, swipe left to get to Settings, could take a few swipes.  Tap Settings; at the top is 'Brightness' with settings auto, dim, normal, max.  Auto works well for me, I think adjusting automatically to ambient light.

Do you get to 'Settings'?  If so, do you see the 'Brightness' option? If so, can you tap it and see the setting change?

Yes I went to settings. It will not allow me to change to bright.. it is stuck on dim

Yes I went to settings when I first set it up  & i did choose bright. And it did work for the first half of the day. Then it went to dim. And now will not let me change it????  Should I do a factory reset?? And attempt to start again?
