Afib install

Since installation my fitbit is not responsive to touch, won't hold a charge, and will quickly roll through all stats without me promoting it to do so and no longer vibrates for calls or notifications.  I have of course restarted my Versa 3 many times. Turned off/on Bluetooth, unpaired and paired, rebooted my phone and it's still not working. This is probably my 8th fitbit in 5 years. I just can't believe this is the constant fate of investing in these watches that I admittedly love but am so tired of replacing a time or two every year.

I meant to say since installation of the afib on my fitbit in the above message.

Did you try a restart @buggj 

Since it is Versa 3, their is also the option to shutdown which would be a hard restart. 

Since AFIB doesn't get installed onto the tracker, but processed in the cloud after a sync. I think it is just coincidence..

In my post I noted every action I took through restarting my fitbit and
phone several times. I am just so very disappointed in fitbit. The absolute
best watch that without a shadow of doubt will not last very long evidenced
by the amount I have been through. You can't even get the watch insured
anymore. My life runs through my fibit since 2016 (really before then but I
didn't have the app).

My Versa will no longer maintain a charge so that I can shut down from the fitbit menu.

once i loaded afib mine has crashed as well! very frustrated.....

Haven’t had problems w/  afib install. Also haven’t had durability problems. Bought my Versa 3 about 18 months ago. Wondering how one finds afib problems or notifications? Is it in basic app or do I need to subscribe to Premium that I have been holding off doing?

I was notified of an option to upload/update my fitbit for an afib add on
of some sort and have experienced issues since (although it is being cited
as a non issue for why my fitbit is not working).

I also am having trouble since Using the afib app I can only see certain thing on my watch but nothing I NEED this is so frustrating please let me know if u get a way to fixx??

Beyond annoyed and frustrated with fitbit and the need to buy a new watch
every year. I don't know how it is legal to sell watches that can't last
beyond a year, consistently through replacements.

I responded before.....could get no resolution to my problem. My Versa 3 is 25months old. Out of warranty. Told to buy a new one per fitbit chat. Received email that I would get a discount code. Email never came. I am going to another brand of tracker. There are several out there on the market now and I cant justify the money every 24months on a new watch/tracker thingie. Oh well, hopefully better luck elsewhere with another company.

Same! I received al lot of worthless instructions when my fitbit won't even hold a charge. I received no incentive or email to attempt to keep me as a customer which is probably for the best as I truly believe I've spent more money trying to remain loyal to the fitbit brand - than fitbit. What watch/brand are you considering next? Just curious.
