I have been reading a lot about versatility and water resistance on the Versa line of watches. Before some nerd corrects me, let's just assume I mean sport watch, smart watch and fitness tracker simultaneously. I have been swimming, snorkeling, hiking, fishing, boating (that usually ends up in some form of swiming) and generally abusing my body while wearing my Fitbit. It's never failed me, never malfunctioned, never stopped due to water introduction or any of the other issues I hear people crying about. I have no idea how so many people can have so many issues with a watch that is almost indestructible. So for the record, perhaps it's operator error or people just want to hear or read about themselves crying. If you want a watch to cry about, get an apple watch. If this offends anyone, sorry. If you come at me just to cry, I will embarrass you online. If you have a good discussion in mind, let's hear it.

Love your post @SunsetRunner! 😃 Well written and I agree. I’ve had my Versa 2 since September 2018 and so far (minus one minor syncing issues ages ago) my Versa 2 has functioned perfectly. Never once have I experienced a water issue either.
On a side note…Your profile states your a former a Marine…thank you for your service. I’m former Army.
