After new FitBit app update (8/14/18) Versa not syncing.

Ever since my phone got the updated fit bit app on 8/14/18 my Versa is not syncing.

 

Please help!!!

I can confirm this.. syncing doesn't work as it was working before the update..

 

I can observe this for Ionic and Versa, therefore it may be an issue with the app.

What you are experiencing is probably not a lack of sync but the bug explained in the colored  banner at the top of this page.

Android phone and brand new Fitbit Versa 2 days ago (but have had other Fitbits). Synched the first day and at 9:05am the yesterday and not again despite trying a zillion times. This morning uninstalled app and reinstalled and it synced but will not synch again. So frustrated.

It's great to see companies who are testing their products only with end-users, may be Fitbit should pay us for testing instead of let us pay for untested stuff? 😄

Except it is not displaying 0 and clicking on tiles does not provide information.  Also, I get a message to click to restart bluetooth.

Exactly the same for me.. I get this restart bluetooth message at least 1-2 times a day.

Has anyone checked the Supported Devices list to see if it may be their phone/tablet/computer?

I think you are right it must be in relation to the banner at the top of this page. However my phone also is having a syncing issue. They state above that by clicking the tile my stats will show but my stats are not showing and the app states that my fitbit has not synced since Tuesday.
