I’m having problems getting my google calendar to link. My Fitbit app is up to date. My phone is an iPhone 6s. I’ve done everything relevant in the app. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi  @Kazzacoxy , a warm welcome to the Community!  I apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to solve the situation by yourself.

Please verify if you have performed these steps:

To set up the Agenda app:

  1. In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon

next to Agenda. You may need to swipe up to find the app. You’ll see all calendars linked to the default calendar app on your phone.
  3. Adjust the settings to choose which calendars to show on your watch, the color for events linked to each calendar, and whether you want to see blocks of free time.
  4. Sync your watch to see today’s and tomorrow’s events from your calendars in the Agenda app

    .

To view events in the Agenda app:

  1. Open the Agenda app

on your watch. You’ll see the events scheduled for today and tomorrow. Swipe up and down to scroll through the events.
  2. Tap any event to see details.

Note that the Agenda app shows up to 40 total events over 2 days.

You must allow the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. For more information about adjusting an app’s permissions, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?

If your events don't appear, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS?
  • Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app:
    • On iPhones, open the Settings app on your phone > Fitbit > make sure Calendars is turned on.

Let me know if the situation persists/

I have two google accounts that display on my calendar, but I can't get the second one to show up on this app - the My Agenda app (qooapps) worked fine previously. I have double checked my settings and permissions. For some odd reason - my wife's email account shows up, but my 2nd account does not. HELP!

I have done everything suggested in the reply. It is. Is now showing items
in the agenda app on my Fitbit but it’s not my google calendar which I
wanted. I have selected the appropriate calendar within the Fitbit app.

Is there an update due which could rectify this?

Thanks for your help
Karen

UPDATE: I had to merge my two gmail calendar accounts into one - after that, all calendar items appear in agenda app. NOTE: Fitbit Help kept trying to hang their hat on "incompatible device" because I have a One Plus 5t (One Plus 6 is compatible) and didn't do much to help - had to figure it out on my own (Thanks - no thanks Fitbit Help).
