Fitbit needs to fix the problem with Versa not working with text messages notifications ASAP or I will have to go with another option like an Apple Watch & Fitbit will definitely lose customers.

Hi @Ray10B , have you updated your Versa to the newest version? If yes, this is the cause of this problem. If you're using a Samsung device, you will certainly have this issue. Fitbit is aware of this problem and working on a fix for it, regards kuzibri

I’m trying to wait for them to fit the problem but it is becoming very annoying.

I am in the same situation- Fitbit has promised a solution for this issue with no time frame as to when we receive it. Basically they have told me that it is too late for a refund- the time passed while I waited for the fix that was coming "soon".
This is a very poor example of customer service and support. I am with you in looking at the Apple Watch now.
