Alarm goes off but not set on watch

Every morning at 6:15 am my Versa 2 watch alarm goes off, but I don’t have an alarm programmed for that. This is annoying and has caused me to stop wearing my watch at night. I tried Fitbit support and that was not helpful in the least. The silent alarm option no longer appears in the dashboard app. There is essentially no way to change this.

Just to clarify: you do have the 'Alarms' option on the watch, but it is not set for 6:15, right?

Alarms set on Alexa are on a separate list that do not show on on Fitbit app.  If not there, you might check it's not something set on phone calendar.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Silent alarm settings are right on the tracker on your wrist; it is in with apps, scrolling right from clock face.

The alarm does not appear on the watch at all - that is the problem. No way to turn it off.
