My versa alarms aren't going off but alarms I haven't set are - I don't have an Alexander or anything else paired to my fitbit - any ideas?

Hi @Gemma1977  - If you open the Alarms app on your watch and set an alarm for 1 minute from now does it go off and is the display the same as for the ones you haven't set? It could be that the "alarms" are alerts from the clock face or some other event, such as goals or reminders?

 

In any case it might help to do a Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu.

Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it and see if the problem resolves itself.
