Just blowing off steam because I don't expect any help. I am sick and tired of having to "Set Up Alexa" every time I try to use it. Sorry, but having to go into the app, logout of Alexa, log back in to Alexa, and sync my fitbit every time I want to say, set up a simple reminder? Not worth it.
Fitbit is never going to fix this no matter how many people complain.

In addition, you can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "What should I do if my voice assistant doesn’t work on my Fitbit smartwatch?".

Edson, thanks, but please give me credit for knowing how to set up Alexa. And for being able to read a troubleshooting FAQ. I have done every single step multiple times. I've done everything you can think of multiple times. That's why I stated in my post that I was just blowing off steam. Fitbit is never going to fix this, and they leave you moderators hanging with stuff like "Set up the device" as all you can do to try to help. It isn't us, it's the watch or the app. And it's been happening to people forever with no relief.
