Versa continuous changing from clock face to shortcuts

Had problems previously with Versa changing from clockface but resolved this by using a Fitbit clockface.  Yesterday the left button stopped working and today the left button works but the device continually changes from clockface to shortcuts.  Battery is now only lasting one day

Hey @ced5714  and welcome,

 

Have you contacted Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asked for a Battery Test?  That can help you diagnose what's wrong.
