these devices have a short life span. I have been buying these since day one. And each and everyone last about 1 year before I'm forced to give fitbit more money. I suggest getting a actual smart watch instead. It's always restart the watch, or reset the device. Let's try something new like the device actually works instead. Don't worry though my screen has numbers burned into it but somehow that's my fault not the watch. Fitbits solution is give me a discount on the next one I buy. I already have a Smasung smart watch so I'll use that when this on inevitably breaks by sitting on my wrist.

I must be one of the lucky ones then. I have some from 2016 that don't even have a scratch on them and they have been through the ringer!
