When I try to use Alexa it says connection lost and I should synch with the Fitbit app. I had been doing that over and over again and it is not working. Any ideas?

Hi @KS2019 , see these two sites:

2. https://www.fitbit.com/voice
The last site will tell you which countries are supported for Alexa. Click the link, scroll down to the bottom of the page and see if your country is listed there. regards kuzibri
