All day sync not working with Versa

all day synch is on yet the versa is only synching when i manually open the screen on my galaxy8plus

Let me help you with your all day sync on your Versa. Make sure no battery saver app is affecting the Fitbit app on your phone. Also try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

thank you for the suggestions . The all day synch seems to be working now
after resetting the bluetooth connection. Another problem I am having is
with the weather not showing up on the home screen. I need some help
please. This is a new occurrence after updating the software 2 weeks ago.
