I’ve read before threads and true cleaning the contacts and holding the button, but nothing… Is it dead or what? It’s about 4 years old now, but worked before. The last I’ve seen was Fitbit boot logo flashing multiple times and then it was gone.
Charged is working (measured). The contacts look like this:

Hi @deejeekaa At 4 years old I would guess it has died if cleaning the contacts and restarting doesn't help. Sorry.

Yeah, I guess. Reading the forums and based on my wife’s experience with multiple Charge trackers, looks like I was extremely lucky it lasted that long… Too bad. I was kinda happy with it. Time to move on then…

One of the metal contacts looks almost missing (middle left).  And another is 1/2 or 3/5 there (far right).  If the metal doesn't touch (device to charger) then it can't charge, I assume.

If you really wanted to, you could try to add some metal to the especially blank spot and see if it helps.  Like drop a bit of hot solder to make a puddle.  Or add a tiny bit of wire first to make a base for the solder to adhere to.  I'm no expert on trying to repair stuff like this though.

It’s the side contacts that deliver power it seems from measurements. I was playing with it and I think contact is there. I tried.

But thank you for suggestion! 😉
