Hi, I've a Versa 2. I want to get my Versa 2 to connect to wifi. I can use my app to connect to wifi and once with the app but the next time i try with the same wifi network again, i have to re-enter my wifi password again. has anybody got experience with this?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? and also check the troubleshooting steps that are on: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Make sure that the Fitbit app and your Android mobile device versions are up to date too.
