Hi, I've a Versa 2.  I want to get my Versa 2 to connect to wifi.  I can use my app to connect to wifi and once with the app but the next time i try with the same wifi network again, i have to re-enter my wifi password again.  has anybody got experience with this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? and also check the troubleshooting steps that are on: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?

 

Make sure that the Fitbit app and your Android mobile device versions are up to date too.

Hi, I've a Blackberry Key 2 running android 8.1.10. I decided to start
using the wifi feature yesterday and I believe this problem has been
persistent since day one. The problem is not it won't connect to wifi but
the app on my phone won't remember the wifi pass phrase. I'm an IT guy so
have had done all the standard diagnostic procedure.
