Versa 2 - Alexa not syncing with app & Spotify connectivity issues

I bought my Versa 2 on Black Friday and have been having issues with Alexa & Spotify.  I was FINALLY able to get Spotify to work last night after reading some posts on here but then it logged me out again so it is hit or miss on working!  Also, I used Alexa on my Versa and my Echo Dot speaker at home to create a shopping list - it worked when adding items to the list etc. HOWEVER, it was not syncing the list in my Alexa app on my Galaxy S10+.  So I had two different lists and then when I went to the store, Alexa would NOT work on my Versa so I could not access that list!!!  I kept receiving an error about a connection and syncing the app.  BEYOND FRUSTRATED is an understatement.  I am ready to return the watch if a fix is not available because I cannot use it fully as intended when purchased.  Love the features and the look but it is no good if the features do not work properly.  Especially when relying on the info like when I was at the grocery store.  Any suggestions and help are appreciated!

If Alexa is connected to the same accounts that the or her Alexa's are connected to, there should not be a problem. 

Can you retrieve a list created on the phone from your wrist? 

Does your voice commands from the wrist or Echo show up in you Alexa Activity Summary on the phone?
