Hi
I've just set up my mum's new Fitbit versa lite and for some reason it says there is a call incoming and will let me end the call but not answer it - as in the icon in the bottom corner to tap and answer isn't there at all
It does the same thing on the test call.
I've got the exact same Fitbit and it let's me answer the call.
The phone I've synced it with is a Samsung a6. It's only a year or so old and all the software is up to date.
Anyone have any ideas why it isn't letting her answer calls? I've tried all permissions etc.
Thanks.
Best Answer@Jane.amanda That's weird. I'm assuming Versa is running the recent firmware version. Perhaps go to your phone's settings, date and time, and make sure auto-time is turned on. Also, again go to settings on your phone, scroll down to Apps, tap and open Application List. Tap on the three dots in the right top corner, and select Show System Apps. Scroll down through the app list to something like Call Management. This might be called differently on your device. Open it and tap on Notifications. Make sure that Incoming calls are set to Urgent or High.

Thanks for getting back to me. Tried both of those and no change 😞
Any other ideas?

What OS is running on your mom's phone? If the phone is running an older version of Android OS, you can reject, but not accept, calls from your device.

That sounds like it might be the issue. I thought I was going mad and hadn't allowed a permission or something.
Thank you!
