Anyone else having difficulty switching bands?

I have the SE version. I have no problem getting the woven band off and on. I get one of the silicone sides on no problem. The other side? The pin keeps popping out. (Yes, it’s angled, pin pressed down, I’m aware of the ridges...) I’m about to give up. Bands shouldn’t be this difficult to switch out.

Anyone else experiencing issues it is it just me? I’m wondering if it’s my Versa. Especially since I’m only having difficulty on one side. (Always the same. )

Yes, she does.  I can totally understand you ending up going to a jeweller...I hope they did not charge you too much

Agreed that it should NOT be this difficult to change bands. I have a new Iconic 3. This is my 5th Fitbit I've had. I have NEVER had this much trouble switching bands. This design is cumbersome. I now have to set aside an extra 5-10 minutes getting ready in the morning  if I want to change out bands. I might go back to my Charge 5, which I can change out in 30 seconds. This design is awful.
