I am planning on returning the versa lite I purchased because there is no caller ID displayed when someone is calling me. It bugs me that a new product doesn’t have a working feature I was looking forward to have. Since I’ve had issues and Fitbit hasn’t given me a resolution, I want but am scared to return the product and having them tell me they won’t return my money for ridiculous reasons. The watch is new and has not be abused. So has anyone had issues getting their money back? Or has Fitbit been great at giving refunds?
