My screen died. Went to bed and it worked, woke up and it didn't. Tried all the ways to reset, even holding all buttons down for several minutes. Customer service chat told me I can't use warranty since it's a year and 5 months old. They sent me a 25% off for a new watch. Should note that the first versa i received prior to this one never worked--it would not charge. So if I use the discount this would be my third versa in less than a year and a half. Makes me realize this is not a good product. Better to spend more money and get a product with a better reputation.
