dead fitbit versa

My screen died. Went to bed and it worked,  woke up and it didn't. Tried all the ways to reset, even holding all buttons down for several minutes. Customer service chat told me I can't use warranty since it's a year and 5 months old. They sent me a 25% off for a new watch. Should note that the first versa i received prior to this one never worked--it would not charge. So if I use the discount this would be my third versa in less than a year and a half. Makes me realize this is not a good product. Better to spend more money and get a product with a better reputation.

My Versa also worked last night when I plugged it in, and the touchscreen will not work this morning. I've tried resetting it, and nothing works. I've only had it a year and two months.

It is super frustrating! They want me to buy another device and I feel like
I can't trust the brand. You should be able to stand by your products
better than that. Unacceptable that I would have to have 3 versas in less
than 18 months! I am not rough with the watch, I only use it on the
elliptical and for going on walks and take it off when I shower. Sorry
about your experience. I am not buying the brand again.
