Anyone have problems with Versa falling off wrist?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had mine for a month. Seemed to be fine. Then while I was working it fell off my wrist. Charged it 5 days previous so it stayed on my wrist for that long anyway.I work outside on the road a lot so it could be anywhere. Lost it now. Not impressed as fitbit won't cover it. They just offer me a small discount to appease me to spend another $200+ on a product that may or may not do the same thing. I have noticed people having problems changing the straps although I have not done so myself. Having that said, if people are having trouble changing them you would think the mechanism may be faulty or something
