Starting Saturday when using the Fitbit phone app in Samsung 10, isn't tracking properly. After running a mile I received no voice cue, look at phone shows that I didn't even run half mile yet. Only thing tracking correctly is the time. Help! I have uninstalled multiple times. Still nothing.

Sorry for confusion. A normal when working correctly app tracker on left. On right how's it's currently working for me. I'm just assuming it's the GPS as it doesn't take me almost 48 minutes to run less than a mile.

Hi. If you haven't done so already, I'd make sure that battery optimisation is turned off for Fitbit, & also that it is allowed to run in background.
With each iteration of Android, it gets more & more desperate to stop apps working in the background (to extend battery life) - particularly those that are trying to access GPS. It's beyond a joke now - a bit like buying some new walking boots & then climbing a mountain in your socks so your boots last longer.
To top it off, Samsung does a pretty good job at hiding the relevant settings. I'd suggest starting with >settings>apps>fitbit>battery & making sure that Fitbit has battery optimisation turned off & is allowed to run in the background.
If the above path doesn't work for you, try going to settings & using search to find the battery optimisation settings.
Good luck.
