I’ve tried resetting my versa, unpairing, turning off bluetooth and setting up as new device. It is still not vibrating when a snapchat or instagram notification comes through. It does vibrate on message and fitbit notifications as well as alarms but that’s it.

Can you please help me as i have missed calls!

What happens when you 'Send a Test Call Notification' from the Fitbit app's notification settings? Does the Fitbit show the notification and vibrate?
