App installation issues on my Versa

I went into the apps settings and it said to install on settings . When I clicked it , it started to go but has not finished . Every time I go to see if it’s done it says unable to finish install finish later or continue. It’s been doing this for 2 weeks. Does anyone know how to fix it . I have already deleted /signed out of the  app and it doesn’t change.

Regarding the apps installation issue that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

 

Also, check out and follow the steps listed in this help article in order to set up apps on your Fitbit watch.
