App not showing hourly dots

I have a versa, paired to iPhone 7 Plus. The versa shows all the dots but the app won’t Versa screenVersa screen

The pictures are just after syncing. This isn’t very frustrating.

This is a known issue that is affect some users and Fitbit is looking into this.

It is so much easier when a problem is consistent for the users affected and even easier to fix when a problem affects everyone. 

Neither of which is the case here. 

Hopefully the cause can be found soon.

I hope so. This is very frustrating. My old Blaze synced fine until it wouldn’t hold a charge any more.

Mine has been doing that since Sunday. I have deleted and reinstalled the app; disconnect and reconnect to Bluetooth and the internet.

Active hours don't sync from the tracker to your account. When you ask for the day, the server looks at the hourly step totals and calculates this.

Show exactly what the Versa shows but it rarely does.

Not so; in the past when I have done my hourly 250 steps (from the reminder to move), it immediately syncs to my app. Yesterday for instance I made 11 out of 12, yet it shows 4 on the app even after multiple attempts at syncing. 11 out of 12 on my wrist tracker 4 on the app. Envenimer today.

This is exactly what my complaint is. The app should 100% mirror what is on the device and it doesn’t. It’s very frustrating.

Yes it should show the same, and for many of us it does. 

This means there is a problem someplace that has to be identified and fixed. Fitbit is aware of this.
