Versa 3: I ran this morning and my app was working just fine. While I was cooling down the app closed itself and I have not been able to get it to come back on. I have done everything in other posts to no avail. Please help!
The app on my iPad Pro works just fine. I’m not sure what is going on between my watch and the app. Thanks in advanced for any and all help.

You mentioned you tried troubleshooting steps on your own but you didn’t mention what steps you tried so I apologize if I suggest something you’ve already tried. Before trying any steps try off your iPad so it will disconnect from your Fitbit Versa 3. Try uninstalling the Fitbit App on your phone then restart your phone and reinstall the Fitbit App. It’s possible you might just had needed an Update on the Fitbit App.

I have reset the watch, deleted the app on on my phone at least 10 times, turned off the Bluetooth and reset my phone. If I reset the watch, delete the app and disconnect it from my ipad, I can get the app to load and the watch to update on my iPhone. Once everything syncs up the app just shuts down and will not open again. The app is update to date and so is the phone. It is really irritating. I never had an issue with the app when I had my versa 1. Day one with the Versa 3 and the app doesn’t work. Any other suggestions would be great.

I was hoping it just needed an update on the Fitbit App but unfortunately it’s possible that you are experiencing the same issue individuals are experiencing here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Fitbit-app-keeps-crashing-on-iOS-devices/m-p/5168764#M158950. The thread there is growing in numbers. Take a look at the link…Do you think that’s what your experiencing as well? If so I’d join that thread because if a fix or solution is forthcoming you will definitely see it announced there. I truly wish I could have helped but I hope pointing you in the right direction is some form of help although I understand only in a small way.

Ja koristim 6 dana sat 2 dobio na poklon dok sam cacko budala restatovo sat i izgubio sam premiju sto mi kum poklonio sat i nebunim se na greskama se uci fitbet 2 imam i posle iso sata nema bolje marke na svetu svaka vam cast odusevio sam se jos sam ga vratio na fabricko podesavanje i softer iz 2019 god ako uradi abdejt hvala mu ako ne meni je opet dobar toliko od mene

Posto na aplikaciji stoji da mi je verzija iz 2019 god sat sam dobio na poklon od druga on ga malo koristio i meni poklonio kad cu ja dobiti azuriranje novo posto sam ga juce restatovo i nista hvala
