Hi,

I just got my Fitbit Versa yesterday but I can’t figure out why I’m not getting app notifications (WhatsApp etc.) When I click on app notifications it doesn’t say WhatsApp and only shows text messages on the watch.

 

How do I solve this problem and show WhatsApp notifications on the watch?

Try these, either reinstall WhatsApp so the Fitbit software picks it up or rather than go into Text Messages go into App Notifications, in here you can set numerous apps to send notifications to watch. I have Messenger in Texts and WhatsApp in App Notifications so I get both. Hope it helps
