How to I get this message off my screen?

I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about the message you see on the screen. I recommend doing the following:
1. With your device nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Clock Faces.
3. Tap the clock face you have set up.
4. Scroll down until you can see permissions.
5. Grant the internet permissions.
