Is there a way to change the order of the apps on the versa?

Yes @wizord1151. it is the same as moving apps around an android phone. 

Hold the finger on the app, after you feel a vibration drag it to where you want. 

The left two apps on the first app screen can be quick started by tapping the respective buttons.
