App won’t show old data

Since the update when I scroll through previous days on the app it goes for a moment to that day then shows the current data. Sometimes it keeps switching back and forth. I uninstalled and did everything I could to help. Stinks. I love my Fitbit and wish I could go back to the way it was before.

What phone do you have @MMendo? Are you sure you are logged into the correct Fitbit account?

I have an iPhone. I didn’t change anything. I don’t know how I could have logged into a wrong account. It’s the same app I’ve been using. It’s a glitch in the app not sure how it could be anything I have done.

Alot of us are having the same issue, old data flicking & showing today's data & not all achieved goals are celebrating. This has been going on for over a week, I think it may have something to do with the latest IOS update? I just wish Fit bit would fix these issues!!

Is your team looking into these issues (which have been going on for over 1 week), or should we all just take off our watches, place them under our cars.... and back over them??

Today Fibit had an update (bug fixes) & it fixed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Backing over my fitbit with my car idea is looking more & more attractive everyday.

We can put men on the moon, but yet, Fitbit can't get their software to work. Go figure ??

I went out and bought an Apple Watch yesterday. Sad to leave Fitbit but this is the last straw for me. Will miss the Fitbit data but it hasn’t been the same since Google. Stay fit and safe!

Google purchased Fitbit in 2019. Prior to that I believe that Fitbit brought some products to market too fast in order to make themselves a better acquisition.

I’m certainly no expert on powerful companies but as a consumer who tends to be very loyal it took me 3 years to have this latest Fitbit rushed update make me loose the faith.
