Hi

I have just bought a Fitbit versa2 and after being on a walk today my Fitbit and Apple Health have different step counts and distances. Apple Health is showing a higher amount of steps and longer distance walked. Does anyone know why this has happened please and which is more accurate? I would expect the same data on each. Thanks

Hi @Leanne8

Welcome to the forum. Are you using GPS on both devices? Using GPS is the most accurate way to track the distance. As for steps, they both have different algorithms for what demotes a steps, so I would expect them to count a bit differently. How large of a difference was there?
