Versa 2 running 70.7.14 but needs 71.6.19 or higher!

Spent 30 minutes on chat and 30 minutes on the phone before being told I had to update my iPhone iOS in order to download a new clock face (SpO2), which is why I purchased the deice; updating iPhone now; now; here's to hoping it solves the issue!

I have a verse lite. I cannot download a new face either.  I’ve updated my device and still no luck. I’ve been working on this for over an hour! So frustrated. I never receive a code.

Update...upgraded iPhone iOS to 14.3; still not getting an option to update Versa 2 from 70.7.14 to 71.6.19...

I'll give it 24 hours before I try to return the unit.
