I just got a new Versa3 and I had a charge3. It was so cool when I figured out if I put in 5000 steps in the goals, the notification would go off every 5000 steps. It was cool because before that I had to change it every time to be notified of 5000 steps. Well I was notified by support that this watch doesn’t have that feature so I have to manually change every time to the next 5000 steps. Also I noticed there is no hourly amounts on the watch for the steps you have done and how many you need left for the hour . I like that on the charge3 and it had a much smaller simpler screen.

Hi @Mom2Jacob - you can find watch faces in the gallery that will give you the hourly steps, such as SimpleClockPro which shows steps so far in the hour, active hours, with multiple reminders to move and steps this hour history for the day.
You may be able to swipe up your exercise and enter a lap of 5000 which can give you what you want.

Thanks this is really new for me. I like my current clock face is there anyway to fix with an app or only clock face change?

@Mom2Jacob- each clock face or app does a specific thing. You can only have one working at a time.
So if you are doing an exercise you can't have a clock face at the same time.
You could always contact the clock face developer [if it's not Fitbit] if you want changes.

Thanks again I will take all of your advice and work with it! If you don't mind I might reply again once I figured it out or if I need a little more help if that's OK with you.
