I don’t know what is wrong with this device. I haven’t been had this watch for a full day and already something isn’t working. I wanted to give the Fitbit Versa 2 a chance rather than going with Apple Watch Series 5, but with the way the watch is running may just return the watch. I mean I still have my Fitbit Versa and the Fitbit Flex 2 to manage my sleep

Sorry for the delayed reply. The screen wake will show you two options: Auto (Motion) Manual (Button), you can choose to between these two. If you have Always-On display, your Fitbit Versa 2 display will stay on until you change this setting.
