Average BPM stuck in app - versa 2

My heart rate is working fine on the fitbit itself but when syncing with the app says my average bpm is 63, its been stuck on this for the past week now despite it being between 59-61 since i had the device and changing daily. It shouldnt be on this fixed number and clearly its not updating in the app

 

I have done all steps told by fitbit, including a factory reset which has not resolved it, i was then told fitbit customer care would email me, which they did just telling me to do the steps i have already followed in the chat.

 

Has anyone had this issue and sorted it? the watch itself is changing the bpm correctly so an issue with the app perhaps?

Fitbit support please can you reply? I'm left hanging with this and almost at the point of going to return the watch and get a full refund as it's still in warranty
