This is becoming overly ridiculous, my last fit bit took a crap and now the one that i just received is acting up. The buttons aren't working correctly, It stalls and the BP isn't being Read. I have already cycled on off in the settings as well as performed a soft reboot and nothing is working. I am overly irritated with my fit-bit Versa. It's only 5 days old, This new Firmware update is a freaking joke. Any other help to help fix the problem would be greatly appreciated. I'm in high hopes that fit-bit isn't pulling some crap to lure customers to newer products like Apple does with their phones.

If you are expecting to get blood pressure (BP), no Fitibit models measure that.

+1, my daughter's Versa is not recording her heart rate even after multiple synch efforts and 2 restarts. We were trying to show her doctor since her rate is abnormally high and spiking over multiple days but we can't a) download the data, b) show the data using the fitbit app due to synch issues, or c) show the data using the inline dashboard. Potentially related, her account does not include a Live Data section that would allow us to enable real time data. Can someone from FitBit please address these issues and provide a direction for resolution?
