BPM stopped working..

My BPM stopped working last Friday night and will not come back on... I followed your self help but still not working... Today i noticed the green led light under the watch is also not working .... all help would be appreciated.  Judy.

Ditto.  The sleep tracker isn't working either.  Must be related to last upgrade.  FITBIT, help!

I updated app today and have same problem fitbit won't read heart rate.

My lights have stopped flashing too. I assume due to updating app. That's he only thing I've done differently

Hi Jogger,  I called Fit bit today for help, 877-623-4997, spoke to Allan. He  walked me thru different steps to get my BPM & green light going. Works like a charm now!!  Good luck!!
