This morning after auto time change my hourly activity has reset the times.
Every time I correct it it changes itself and won’t hold my changes.
Before time change it was set to 12 hours between 7 and 7.
Tried resetting watch, checked for any updates, reinstalled phone /watch connection still playing up.
Any ideas?

Hello @DaJo67 and welcome to the Help forum. This happens to all users when there is a change from summer to winter hours and vice versa. US users get to experience this next week when we change our daylight savings time. Just ignore it as there is no fix for it. It will be correct tomorrow.
